Red Mill
(A venue that loves people)
Butchers Daughter and Red Mill share a common thread: family, heritage and a deep connection to craft.
This is a story about Sydney, about rum and about creating something that has not been done before. Red Mill Rum, first bottled in 1933 and now reimagined by the founder's great grandson, has brought one of Australia's historic rum brands back to life in the heart of Rozelle.
As the daughter of butchers, I have always been drawn to businesses with history in their bones. Places built by people, shaped by generations and grounded in a genuine sense of purpose.
Red Mill is one of those places.
Together we host lunches, dinners, celebrations and corporate gatherings within the working distillery, bringing people together amongst the barrels, the stills and the stories that have shaped this remarkable brand for generations.
Red Mill is an opportunity to experience a living piece of Sydney's history while creating a few stories of your own.
