Catering
We design food and flower experiences for events across Australia. Catering and styling can be engaged separately, or together as a single approach where everything is considered at once. Food, flowers, tables, space — all developed in relation to each other rather than as separate parts added together at the end. Some events only need food. Some only need flowers. Others work better when both are shaped together from the beginning.
CATERING
Our catering is built around seasonality and the way people eat at events. We work across weddings, private gatherings, corporate functions, brand launches and everything in between. The setting changes each time — homes, warehouses, studios, outdoor spaces, venues with nothing in them yet — but the approach stays consistent.
Food is designed to be shared and served in a way that suits the format of the event. It might be a seated meal where dishes move across the table, or a more informal setting where people eat while standing and moving through a space. Long lunches, cocktail events or large dinners — each is approached on its own terms rather than adapted into a fixed system. The focus is on food that feels appropriate to the occasion.
STYLING
Styling is approached in the same way as food — responsive rather than imposed. We work with flowers and materials that reflect the season and the space they sit in. Each event is shaped by its environment : the light, the architecture, the scale of the room or landscape, and the way people will move through it.
Some settings call for abundance. Others call for restraint. Most sit somewhere in between. The intention is not to decorate a space, but to understand it and work within it so everything feels naturally resolved.
TOGETHER
When catering and styling are engaged as one they are developed from a single starting point. Menus are considered alongside florals, and both are shaped in relation to the space and the flow of the event. This allows decisions to be made together rather than layered on top of one another later in the process. The result is a more unified approach, where food, flowers, tables and space feel connected rather than separate disciplines working in parallel.
SEPERATELY
Catering and styling are also offered independently. Some events already have direction in place and only require one element. Others are built around a single focus, whether that is food or flowers.
Each is approached with the same level of consideration, regardless of scale or combination.
