Lunch at the local hall

Today's menu, presented by Butchers Daughter, features single-origin and grass-fed wagyu beef, and organic pork belly. The fruits and vegetables are grown on a local farm in North Kellyville and are pesticide free. The edible flowers and strawberries are homegrown demonstrating commitment to local sourcing.

The six bespoke tablescapes  represent different regions of Australia, and are crafted with foraged driftwood, branches, lichen logs, stones and sea flora. Moss, fruits and vegetables create a consistent theme with an assembly of fresh flowers grown in Dural and Kenthurst.

The preserved lilly pilly  leaf decor inset authenticity to our nation, and the handmade fabric flowers are forever lasting artefacts ; created with 19,000 leaves, 160 metres of fabric and 12,000 wires, specially, for our occasion today.

Sit back, relax, and enjoy the show.
