Michael worked as an electrician at the Novotel Sydney on Darling Harbour and I was the Food and Beverage Secretary under Paul Foster, we were both 21.
For 6 months Michael and I courted. We never spoke, but looked at each other any chance we got. To get his attention I ate fruit salad as he did. I liked a hot meal for lunch but Michael
was and is about health. I became friends with Deb who also liked Michael. We then became best friends and she eagered me to take love with Michael. One day I was in the lift solo, the door
opened and Michael walked in. We never said a word to each but the lust was magical beyond words. That feeling has never left us from that moment of awkwardness, if I tell the truth I have never
felt love like that in all my 49 years of life except from my mum Suellyn Staff. Michael and I were meant to be together forever. Six months later I had booked to go overseas to choose
between London or Mikonos to live. My best friend from primary school Clare Pithers chose London and my new friend Debbie McCalman chose Greece. I chose Australia to be with Michael. I celebrate
27 years with my heart in 2024. I love him every minute I exist. I think about him all of my time awake, dream good about him, lust for his kiss, and proud of his hard working look at life.
He provides me so well and I adore he allows me to partner with him in all of it.
