Our approach is fresh faced and original and our menus centre around quality and innovation. We focus on customer service and work with like minded and talented people that care about what we do.
We design bespoke menus for contemporary dining, feasts, grand picnics, elegant canapés and gorgeous brunch affairs. We cater large to small, big to intimate, in over 30 venues across Sydney including our own in Crows Nest that seats 40 and stands 60.
Our speciality is rotisserie cooking and smoked foods and beverages.
